Aishanids
Aishanids (Aisani or Aishiya) was a Kurdish dynastic family line that was in the saddle between 912–961 A.D in areas of Kurdistan (Present day Rojhilat and Başur) like Shahrizor Plain, Hamedan, Dinavar etc. Its most prominent rulers were Ghanim (Xanêm), Daisam (Dêsem) and Wandad. Aishani Dynasty was named after their forefather Ahmad Aishani (ku: Ehmed Êyşanî).[1]
Aishanid Dynasty, whose dominance maintained around 50 years, was a part of Kurdish Barzikani tribe. They were succeed by their fellow tribe members named Hasanwayhids.
